Do you have a children’s book releasing soon? I welcome advance reading copies (preferably electronic) for potential review on or around publication day. If selected, I may also feature the book’s cover across my social media channels ahead of release. To submit a title, please contact me via the form above or by email.

Review Preferences & Guidelines

  • I primarily review middle grade titles, with select picture books and young adult titles considered.
  • I focus mainly on traditionally published books. Self-published titles may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • I generally do not review later installments in a series unless I have reviewed (or plan to review) the initial book, but exceptions may be made at my discretion.
  • Books created using artificial intelligence are not eligible for review. Any illustrated elements must be clearly credited to a human illustrator.
  • If selected, I may request a brief blurb, author bio, or promotional materials to include in the post.

Please note:

  • I am unable to review every submission I receive.
  • If you do not hear back, it simply means I am unable to commit to a review at that time.
  • I sometimes take brief breaks from reviewing. During these periods, I will post a notice to let authors know when submissions are paused.

    1. When I was doing the research on how to make the ideal WordPress blog, I read that contact forms were recommended. So, while I can technically make the email I use for my contact form public, I prefer not to.
